THE CORE TEAM
CLAYTON ALEXANDER, FOUNDER/CEO
Clayton Alexander founded Radiance Lightworks in 1999 at the age of 23. The mission was to provide first-class lighting design services to the entertainment industry. Since that time, Radiance has grown exponentially and provides lighting design services for live events, themed attractions and trade shows worldwide. It illuminates large-scale productions for Universal Studios, Mattel, 20th Century Fox and many other notable clients. Radiance Lightworks, now celebrating its 15th anniversary, has shown steady growth since its inception and currently employs a talented staff that includes more than 40 lighting designers and project managers.
In addition to his success as an entrepreneur, Alexander is also an inventor. Holding over 45 patents on inventions ranging from light fixtures to modular LED power supplies, he is best known for his invention of the world’s first twist-lock LED light bulb, now named the GE Infusion™. Alexander believes in the power of leadership through empowerment, encouraging and energizing his expanding team on a continuous basis.
